USA Please allow 3-4 business days after cleared payment for your RanchitoMade order to ship.  (Tuesday-Saturday, excluding national holidays and vacations) We try our best to post any vacation time in advance on our website and social platforms. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order. Shipping method chosen at checkout does not include handling time. 

International Please allow 3-4 business days after cleared payment for your RanchitoMade order to ship. (Tuesday-Saturday, excluding USA national holidays and vacations). We try our best to post any vacation time in advance on our website and social platforms. RanchitoMade is not responsible for duties and import taxes costs for any countries/regions.  Please see estimated delivery time at checkout. Shipping method chosen at checkout does not include handling time. 

Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If your mailing address is invalid and we are unable to create a shipping label, we will make two attempts to contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours of our first attempt of contact, your order will be canceled and refunded. If you don't receive tracking information, please check your spam folder for our emails. 

We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather etc.

Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.

Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements from RanchitoMade. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.
